tobacco products; and providing for an effective date was read the

Senator Sharp, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                
adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page             
3042.  Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 210(STA)                      
was adopted and read the second time.                                          
                                                                               
Senator Adams offered Amendment No. 1 :                                         
                                                                               
Page 1, lines 9 - 11:                                                          
	Delete all material and insert:                                               
		"(2)  10 percent to be used by the Department of                             
Health and Social Services as pass-through grants to recipients                
conducting anti-tobacco use, anti-smoking, or stop smoking programs;           
and"                                                                           
                                                                               
Senator Adams moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.                       
Senator Halford objected.
